Abstract

The article discusses the causes of violations and the conditions that allow them, the current problems facing law enforcement agencies and the public to eliminate them.  The reasons for the wrongdoing are also based on sources confirming that the majority of offenders are young people, underage minors, women in financial difficulties, and children from high-income families.
