Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the effect of the energy-sugar-protein concentrate ‘ESPC’on the carbohydrate-lipid metabolism of meat-cross broiler chickens. The authors usedexperimental, laboratoryand statistical methods. The best result was obtained in the experimental group, where 28% of wholesome feedwas replaced by extruded ESPC with peeledlupine. The feed with this compositionhad a positive effect on the carbohydrate-lipid metabolism, physiological status and productive qualities of broiler chickens. The authors proved the feasibility of introducing ESPC into the feed ration of meat-cross chickens and noted its beneficial effect on the physiological status, growth, development and bodily resistance of chickens.
