Abstract

Thisarticleproposesageneralproceduretoconstructthemembershipfunctions of the performance measures in queuing systems when the inter arrival rateandservice timeare fuzzynumbers.We explore a proposedfuzzyqueuingmodelwith two consecutive stations (stages), each with a single server, where there is noqueue at station 2 and no limitations at station 1.
