The Policy Driving of the Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach in Nong Khai Province, Thailand

Abstract

Creating the policy driving mechanism in different forms of each country, in order to meet the needs of people in the country who want to live well, have a good life, and be happy. Government agencies and various sectors have therefore come to play a role in helping to achieve maximum effectiveness. However, in the past to solve the problem, the balance was broken in areas where there were more than 10 million poor people whose incomes were insufficient and could not meet the standard of living expenses. Therefore, it is necessary to create a basic economic system or a community economy that has the characteristics of integration that is ready to develop the country, to strengthen the community, generate income, and make people happy with the policy driving of community strength. Therefore, this research aims (1) to study the policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach. (2) to study the factors influencing the policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach. And (3) to study the policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach. This research was conducted in Nong Khai Province. The sample was 400 people who voted in Nong Khai Province, A group of 10 key informants. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation statistics and multiple regression analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive data. The results showed that:



  1. The policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach overall in all aspects is at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, it was found that career development and income were at a moderate level. The financial and capital system, at a moderate level. The conservation of natural resources and the environment, at a moderate level. The Network Development, at a moderate level and welcome building, at a moderate level, respectively.

  2. Factors influencing the policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach in all aspects were not statistically significant at the 0.05 level, namely, role of the public sector, role of business sector, Community Leadership Roles, having a coefficient of The predictors in raw scores (b) were 2.102, .138 and -.343, respectively. Factor variables influencing the policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach at 0.05 level were civil servant role, local role. However, all variables together predicted the policy driving of Community Foundation Economic Strengthening Based Civil State Approach equal to 86.4%, the forecast equal to ±.17121 (F = 509.624; p-value =0.01).
