Abstract

The socio-religious function becomes a value in the concept of land acquisition with the community; the Tri Hita Karana concept answers the most difficult thing for the government to study and solve, namely happiness, which is aimed at the people affected by the liberation and the government. This study aims to find and describe the arrangement and implementation of land acquisition for the implementation of development in the public interest that meets the participatory principle and the principle of social justice with the concept of Tri Hita Karana by using the normative method. The philosophical of the concept of Tri Hita Karana in land acquisition for development for the public interest realizes the welfare of the community, which is the principle of Religious Communalism.
