Abstract
Higher Educational Institutions take a lead role in preparing graduates with new skills and with a wide range of know-how knowledge, to enter into a more competitive and complex interdependent world as quality is multidimensional. The creation of new knowledge relies on tacit knowledge sharing and dissemination of such knowledge may help in the process. This knowledge process helps to change learning to Effective Learning. This study identified various factors which influence and impede this knowledge transfer disseminate and gather required knowledge, as this transformation always relies on various individual and cultural factors. The paper tries to correlate various theories and practices and identify the factors for effective learning in the social media environment.
