Abstract
Workplace diversity encompasses the variety and differences among individuals in terms of various factors such as class, nationality, age, ethnic background, education, physical abilities, gender, and psychological traits. Consequently, organizations need to foster an inclusive environment that embraces the diversity of their workforce to enhance efficiency in today's globalized world. The objective of managing workforce diversity is to establish and maintain a positive work environment where each employee's contributions are valued. This research paper critically examines the concept of workforce diversity and its evolving paradigm within organizational contexts. Additionally, the planned research aims to explore the impact of workplace diversity on organizational efficiency, utilizing secondary data sources. The findings of this research study will offer valuable insights and recommendations for developing effective strategies for managing diversity in the workplace, which can benefit organizations. Ultimately, the proposed research concludes that proper management of workplace diversity can lead to more engaged, satisfied, and high-performing employees, thereby fostering a more efficient organizational environment.
